摘要
岗位聘任制是将竞争机制引入硕士生导师队伍建设的有效途径。岗位聘任制可以优化硕士生导师队伍的整体水平,且竞争机制的引入可以不断提升导师对硕士生的"指导质量",从而促进硕士生培养质量的提高。
The post engagement system is an effective way to introduce the competition mechanism into the team construction of master instructor.The engagement system can optimize the overall level of the Master tutor's team,and the introduction of competition can continue to improve the "guiding quality" of master tutor,which will effectively promote the graduate students of quality.
