摘要
介绍了斑马鱼在常规毒性实验、分子及细胞生态毒理、生物致突变效应检测和环境激素测试等生态毒理领域中的最新应用动态,并展望了微宇宙毒性实验的应用前景,以期为斑马鱼毒性实验提供参考。
In order to help the tests of zebrafish （Danino rero） toxicity,this paper mainly introduced the latest toxicological applications of zebrafish in conventional toxicity test,molecular and cellular ecotoxicology,biological test of mutagenic effects,and endocrine disrupting chemicals test etc.
