摘要
研究癌基因蛋白bcl-2和p53与甲状腺肿瘤生物学行为的关系,探讨其在预后评估中的意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测50例甲状腺肿瘤中bcl-2和p53蛋白的表达。结果:bcl-2蛋白在甲状腺腺瘤及甲状腺癌的阳性表达率分别为93.3%和65.7%;p53蛋白在甲状腺腺瘤不表达,在甲状腺癌的阳性表达率为51.4%.bcl-2和p53蛋白在甲状腺癌的表达与病理类型无关;高分化及无淋巴结转移甲状腺癌中bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率较高,而p53蛋白在低分化及伴淋巴结转移的甲状腺癌中阳性表达率高;bcl-2与p53蛋白表达呈负相关。结论:bcl-2和p53蛋白参与甲状腺肿瘤的发生与分化,且其表达水平的不同有助于预后评估。
The expression of bcl - 2 and p53 proteins were evaluated in 50 cases of thyroid tumor.In benign and malignant tumors, bcl -2 protein positive expression was detected in 14 of 15 cases(93. 3% ) and 23 of 35 cases (65. 7% ) respectively. p53 protein expression was positive in 18 of 35cases (51. 4% ) of malignant tumor, but negative in all benign tumors. Neither bcl - 2 nor p53 proteinexpression was correlated with the pathological subtype of thyroid cancer. In thyroid carcinoma, expres-sion of bcl - 2 protein showed a positive coirelation with high differentiation and negative lymph node in-volvement. An inverse correlation was observed between the expression of bcl - 2 and p53 protein in all thy-roid tumors. These results indicated that the expression of bcl - 2 and p53 protein may be involved in thy-roid tumorigenesis and be correlated with the differentiation of thyroid tumor. These will be useful to identi-fy the prognosis of thyroid tumor.
