自拟应激散防治蛋鸡热应激的效果

摘要 为了观察中草药对产蛋鸡热应激的防治效果,为中草药防治蛋鸡热应激的进一步研究提供数据,本试验设计用黄芪、党参、当归等10味中草药组方为自拟应激散,选择190日龄海兰褐蛋鸡288只随机分为3组,每组设8个重复,试验Ⅰ组日粮中以1%的剂量添加自拟应激散,试验Ⅱ组日粮中添加0.2%NaHCO3+0.5%NH4Cl+0.1%电解多维,对照组为空白对照,进行防治蛋鸡热应激对比试验。结果,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组都可以显著提高产蛋数量、产蛋率、产蛋重量和平均蛋重、饲料报酬等生产性能,显著提高蛋壳厚度、增加采食量、减少软破蛋个数和蛋鸡死亡淘汰数量。添加1%的自拟应激散更优于化学添加剂。
