摘要 采用含能材料对高能硝胺发射药药粒进行表面处理并模压,得到一种新型颗粒密实模块药。利用30mm高压模拟试验火炮,研究其弹道性能。结果表明,不同密度颗粒密实模块药弹道试验稳定性均较好,与散粒药相比相同膛压下初速提高4.1%。另外,该颗粒密实模块药还具有明显的低温度系数效果,低温(-40℃)初速降为-0.13%,高温(50℃)膛压升为0.37%,而散粒药低温(-40℃)初速降为0.26%,高温(50℃)膛压升为9.04%。因此,将散粒药制成颗粒密实模块药,在保持最大膛压不变的条件下可以实现增加装药量,降低温度系数,达到大幅度提高炮口初速的目的。 High energy nitramine propellant coated with energetic glue was compressed to high density modular.Ballistic performance of the modular charge were studied in 30mm test gun.The results show that ballistic test of the high density modular was safe,the velocity of the modular charge can increase 4.1% compared to reference nitramine propellant.The modular charge have lower temperature coefficient than reference nitramine propellant(reduce of velocity was-0.13% at-40℃,increase of pressure was 0.37% at +50℃,but reference nitramine propellant reduce of velocity was 0.26% at-40℃,and increase of pressure was 9.04% at +50℃).Therefore,compressing reference nitramine propellant into modular charge can increase total charge mass,and can reduce temperature coefficient under the condition of without maximum pressure increment.
