摘要
代建制是工程项目管理市场的一个新生事物,而通过招标确定代建人则是我国招投标制度面临的新课题。此文针对代建制产生的影响和意义,重点讨论和总结以招标方式选择专业代建人需要注意的问题,及如何通过合法有序的招标方式选择代建人,以保证工程建设的质量和效果,体现代建制度的优越性。
Agent construction system is a new things in engineering management spheres, thus it is also a new subject for China＇s bidding and tendering system. Having described effects and meanings of agent construction system, this paper mainly discussed and summarized some problems which should be noticed in choosing construction agent and how to choose a construction agent by tendering and bidding, so as to ensure engineering quality as well as embody superiorities.
