建立铁路工程保险索赔快速反应机制初探

工程保险制度在发达国家已经普遍推行,在我国铁路建设工程项目中还处在逐渐推广和试点阶段,而随着国家加大铁路建设工程投资力度和建设项目市场化,工程保险也将逐渐成为铁路施工企业风险管理的重要手段。目前,铁路工程保险已经列入《铁路施工总价承包工招标文件》中,施工企业花重金购买工程保险,目的就是在施工过程中所发生的各种意外风险能得到保险保障。因此,施工企业应结合铁路工程特点,建立一套工程保险索赔快速反应机制,以有效分散工程风险。
