混合学习原理对成人高等教育的启示

混合学习把传统的课堂学习和多媒体在线学习两种方式进行有机组合,将教师主导作用与学生主体地位很好地结合起来,大大延伸了教师和教学管理部门对学生学习支持的能力和手段,并为学生创造了多种方式的学习路径选择和灵活自主的学习活动.利用混合学习原理来改革和构建成人教育教学运行模式,既可以克服传统教学运行模式存在的种种弊端,也可以避免单纯的远程教育造成的师生隔离等违背人才培养规律的现象发生.因此,在成人教育教学运行模式改革中要着力加强以下几个方面的探索和研究:改革人才培养方案、重视网络课程资源建设、建立和完善分级办学管理体系、着力加强网络教学平台建设.

The blended learning combines the traditional classroom learning and multimedia online learning organically.It combines the leading role of teachers and dominant position of students.It greatly extends the ability and measure to support students＇ learning of the management and teachers and it also creates a variety of learning ways and flexible,independent learning activities for students.It can overcome the traditional existing drawbacks and it also can avoid the phenomenon of against talent cultivation such as isolation between teachers and students caused by distance education.Therefore,the operating mode of teaching in adult education reform must focus on strengthening the following explorations and researches： Reform personnel training programs,pay more attention to the construction of network curriculum resources,establish and improve the classification school management system,efforts to strengthen the network teaching platform,make more efforts to strengthen the network teaching platform.
