摘要
从可持续发展的理念出发,西部农村教师远程培训存在管理制度不完善、管理体系不健全、缺乏地方层次的系统规划等方面问题,构建西部农村教师远程培训的管理体系应树立构建教师终身学习体系的服务理念,成立市县级管理中心,引入培训市场机制和完善管理制度体系.
The problems existing in management of rural teacher long-distance training in western China are absence of managing institution,unfit management system and absence of local systematic layout viewed from the perspective of sustainable development.Constructing teacher's lifelong studying system calls for building up local management center,bringing in market mechanism of teacher training and consummating institutional system of management.
