试论近代社会对自由恋爱的接受——以“叶冀熊劫杀孤孀案”为例

The Acceptance of Free Love by the Modern Society——the Example of "The Case of YE Ji-xiong Robbed and Killed a Widow"

20世纪30年代,尽管婚姻自由已经广为城市中的青年男女接受,但恋爱至上的原则不仅冲击了传统伦理道德,也影响到了小家庭制度。通过"叶案"可以看出,传统伦理道德依然具有广泛的社会基础,以"非婚"为归宿的自由恋爱并不能得到社会认可。

Although the freedom of marriage has been widely accepted by young men and women in cities,the principle of the supremacy of love not only affected the traditional ethics,but also affected the nuclear family in 1930s.From the case,we can see that the traditional ethics still has a broad social base,＂non-marriage＂ as the end of the free love cannot be recognized and accepted by the society.
