摘要
准确测量节能量是节能效益合理分配的关键。不确定度作为评价测量结果质量的重要指标,表征了被测量真值在某范围内的可能性。因此,运用不确定度表征节能量的测量结果具有一定的科学性和准确性。介绍了节能量计算的方法,分析了影响节能量的各种因素,提出了节能量不确定度的数学模型。分析了某办公楼的节能效果,并给出了节能量的置信区间。
Accurate measurement of energy savings is the key to a rational allocation of energy efficiency.Uncertainty is an important index of measurement quality,which expresses the probability that the true value is included in a given range.As a result,expressing the measurement result of energy saving in the form of uncertainty has some science and integrity.In this paper,the calculation method of energy saving and the main sources that brings uncertainty is discussed.A mathematical model assessing this uncertainty is established.At last,using the proposed calculation model,the energy saving effect of a public building is analyzed,with the confidence interval of energy saving shown.
