摘要
江苏江扬电缆有限公司原有挤塑机加热系统及硫化工艺系统存在能源浪费严重,系统效率不高等问题。采用挤塑机电磁加热节电器替代原有电热圈,以及采用智能化共挤连续硫化工艺,进行节电改造,有效提高节电率。详细介绍2项改造的节电原理,对节电效果进行技术经济分析。
The original extruder heating system and the vulcanization process in Jiangsu Jiangyang Cable Co.,Ltd.exists serious energy waste and low efficiency.Using extruder electromagnetic heating saver instead of the original electric circle,and using intelligent co-extruded continuous vulcanization process technology can realize energy saving reformation.The reform can effectively improve the saving rate.Two power-saving principles of energy-saving transformation are introduced and the energy conservation effect is technically and economically analyzed.
