3,4,5-三甲氧基苯胺的合成

Synthesis of 3,4,5-Trimethoxyaniline

摘要 以没食子酸为起始原料,经甲基化、硝基化以及还原等步骤合成了3,4,5-三甲氧基苯胺,并对3,4,5-三甲氧基硝基苯还原为3,4,5-三甲氧基苯胺的合成条件进行了优化。用IR和1HNMR对各中间产物进行了表征。该路线反应收率明显提高,反应时间大幅缩短,为实现工业化生产提供了可能。 In this paper,3,4,5-trimethoxyaniline was synthesized with gallic acid as starting material by methylation,nitration,reduction.The structures of the intermediates were characterized by IR and ^1HNMR.Meanwhile,the synthetic conditions of 3,4,5-trimethoxyaniline by reduction of 3,4,5-trimethoxynitrobenzene were optimized to greatly increase the yield and shorten the reaction time.It permits the technology to be applied to industrial prouction.
