摘要 以红花籽为原料、超临界CO2为溶剂,采用半连续流程萃取红花籽油,在操作压力为20~28 MPa、温度为308~323 K、萃取时间为0~4 h的条件下,考察了各因素对红花籽油萃取的影响。结果表明,当压力从20 MPa提高到28 MPa时,萃取量提高近一倍;随着萃取温度的升高,萃取量出现最高值;在合适的萃取压力和温度下,萃取2 h接近完全。气相色谱分析表明,红花籽油的主要成分得到有效富集,亚油酸、不饱和脂肪酸的含量分别为79.16%和91.37%。 The extraction of safflower seed oil was studied in supercritical CO2 in a semi-batch processing extractor.The effects of operation temperature,pressure and time were investigated in a series of experiments.When pressure was increased from 20 MPa to 28 MPa,the extraction yield increased about twofold.There was a maximum of extraction yield with the increasing of extraction temperature.The extraction was almost complete when it tasted under the compatible extraction pressure and temperature.GC Analysis showed that the major components had heen concentrated effectively in safflower seed oil,among which linoleic acid and unsaturafed fatty acid had a content of 79.16% and 91.37%,respectively.
