摘要
对再生丝素蛋白水溶液剪切前后的偏光行为及流动性能进行了研究。结果表明,剪切外力有助于丝素分子取向,再生丝素蛋白水溶液经过一定的剪切作用后呈现各向异性的性质,且溶液中丝素蛋白浓度越高,偏光现象越明显;剪切后的溶液比剪切前更宜于在毛细管内流动,溶液浓度较低时对剪切不敏感,浓度升高则变得对剪切敏感。浓度和剪切作用是影响再生丝素蛋白水溶液性质的两个重要因素。
The polarizing behavior and flowing property of regenerated silk fibroin(RSF) solution with different concentration before and after shearing were studied.It was found that the RSF solution was optically anisotropic if shearing was applied.And the polarizing behavior of solution obviously increased with the concentration of RSF solution.It was also found that the flowing property in the capillary tube for sheared solution was better than that of original solution.It was discovered that shearing was sensitive to high concentration of RSF solution,and insensitive to lower concentration.That was,concentration and shearing force were two important factors that affected the properties of RSF solution.
