桑粒肩天牛肠道木质纤维素分解细菌的分离和鉴定 被引量:8

摘要 利用纤维素-刚果红选择培养基和苯胺蓝培养基从桑粒肩天牛肠道中筛选出一株同时具有纤维素酶活和木质素酶活的细菌。通过形态学观察和生理生化鉴定,确定为枯草芽孢杆菌。该菌在纤维素发酵培养基中,最高活力为0.51 IU.mL-1;在木质素发酵培养基中,锰过氧化物酶(Mnp)和漆酶(Lac)活力分别为0.1841 IU.mL-1(96 h)、0.0633 IU.mL-1(48 h),没有检测到过氧化物酶(Lip)活力。 A bacterium was isolated from the intestinal tract of Apriona germari which had both of cellulase and lignin enzyme activity.By morphological observation,physiological and biochemical identification,it was identified as Bacillus subtilis.In the fermentation liquid medium of cellulose,the highest activity was 0.51 IU·mL^-1.In the lignin fermentation medium,manganese peroxidase(Mnp) and laccase(Lac) activity were 0.1841 IU·mL^-1(96 h),0.0633 IU·mL^-1(48 h),respectively.And peroxidase activity wasn′t detected.
