摘要
根据青藏铁路非多年冻土地区无缝线路试验段的研究成果和运营情况,对多年冻土地区钢轨焊接条件、年最大气温轨温差、最高轨温与最高气温的关系、道床密实度、道床阻力、扣件纵向阻力、梁体日温差等参数进行了系统论证评价。以五道梁、沱沱河、安多等地区为例,确定了锁定轨温,检算了钢轨强度、稳定性及最大断缝。初步认为在青藏铁路多年冻土地区可以考虑铺设无缝线路试验段,但应对无缝线路设计参数、施工方法、安全运营观测等关键技术开展系统研究,为青藏铁路全线铺设无缝线路提供更加科学的依据。
According to the research findings and service condition of continuous welded rail(CWR) track test section on seasonally frozen ground along the Qinghai-Tibet railway,the design parameters of CWR track on permafrost region along the Qinghai-Tibet railway were evaluated thoroughly,which include rail welded condition,maximum annual air temperature range,maximum annual rail temperature,the relationship between maximum rail temperature and maximum air temperature,ballast compactness,ballast resistance,fastener resistance,daily beam temperature range,and so on.Taking Wudaoliang,Tuotuohe and Anduo as examples,the fastening down temperature of rail was designed,and rail strength,rail stability and rail breaking joint were checked.The results show CWR track test section can be laid on permafrost regions along the Qinghai-Tibet railway.In order to provide more scientific evidence for CWR track laying along the thorough Qinghai-Tibet railway,the design parameters,construction method,safe operation of CWR track should be studied intensively.
