土建工程项目造价风险模糊评估模型研究

Research on fuzzy risk evaluation model for highway project cost

根据我国土建工程的建设现状,在分析影响土建工程项目造价风险因素的基础上,提出运用模糊综合评判方法建立土建工程项目造价风险评估模型,评估不同风险因素对土建工程项目造价的影响程度,并给出了具体的应用实例。研究结果表明:风险模糊评估模型能很好地评估工程造价的风险性,对土建工程项目造价风险管理与控制具有现实指导意义和应用价值。

Based on the present status of China＇s highway construction and the analysis of the factors that can influence highway project cost,a fuzzy risk evaluation model for highway project cost was proposed and the extent of different risk factors was evaluated by utilizing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Some specific examples were provided.The results show that the fuzzy risk evaluation model is well to evaluate evaluating the risk of project cost,which provides a reality guiding sense and the application value method for the highway project construction cost risk management and the controlling.
