社会保障是社会安定的重要保证,我国目前的养老保障问题,重点在农村,难点也在农村。贵阳市与全国一样,迫切需要加快农村养老保障制度的建立和完善。针对贵阳市农村养老保障面临的问题和难点,应从制度、经济、载体、队伍、资源、未来等六个方面建立。

Social security is a stabilizing force for a successful society.China places great emphasis on social security for the suburb populous.But due to suburb＇s lack of infrastructures and low educational background,it is a tough nut to crack.City of GuiYang is of no exception.We will analyze the obstacles City of GuiYang is facing,and propose solutions accordingly.
