摘要
聚乙烯醇溶液于- 20℃左右的温度下冷冻6~12 h,室温下融化1~2 h,上述过程反复进行1~3 次,然后对试样进行真空脱水处理,制得一种人工软骨材料——PVA 水凝胶。通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察PVA 水凝胶的微观形貌;通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)及相应的力学性能试验研究反复冷冻融化、真空脱水和辐照交联对PVA 水凝胶结晶度和力学性能的影响。
In this study, the process included aqueous Poly(vinyl alcohol) solutions frozen at -20℃ for 6 12h, and then thawed for 1 2h. The same process was repeated 1 3times. After the specimen was dehydrated in vacuum, a kind of artificial articular cartilage-PVA hydrogel was made up. Subsequently, the micromorphology of PVA hydrogel was observed by means of optical microscopy and SEM. DSC and mechanical tests were employed in ivestigating the influence of freezing, thawing, dehydrating and irradiating upon the crystallity and the mechanical properties of PVA hydrogel.
