中药离子导入治疗干眼65例疗效观察

目的:观察中药离子导入治疗干眼的临床效果。方法:对65例曾使用人工泪液及中医辨证施治效果欠佳的干眼患者,采用配合离子导入治疗,观察患者治疗前后的自觉症状和医师对治疗前后的评价指标。结果:治疗1个月后,患者自评的总有效率为90.77%,医师对疗效评定的总有效率达89.32%。结论:中药离子导入治疗干眼疗效确切,是一种具有特色的眼科外治法,为治疗干眼提供了新的途径。
