摘要
兰科植物菌根真菌多样性很丰富,在植物不同的生长阶段能够促进其达到最佳生长状态的菌株种类和数量均不同。本试验通过对培养袋内的无菌组培苗进行接菌条件优化,以期寻找用最适真菌在最适的时间内与美花石斛组培苗共生培养的最佳菌株组合方式。结果表明:菌株F24b、B14、F25对原球茎小苗效果表现较好,且壮苗植株接菌处理在共生培养10周时鲜重增长率较不接菌效果显著;而生根植株接菌处理在共生培养7周时鲜重增长率较不接菌均有不同程度的提高。研究结果对提高种苗质量,提高石斛栽培中生产效率都有较大的实际意义。
Various types of mycorrhizal fungi exist in the roots of Orchidaceae plants. And, the number and species suitable for optimal growth depend on the different seedling stage. In the paper, symbiotic condition of Dendrobium loddigesii mycorrhizal seedlings in vitro was optimizated, to found the beneficial strains during the best symbiotic stage. As a result, NO. F24b, B14, F25 were good for protocorms ofD. loddigesii sown seeding; And in plantlet-promoting stage, the biomass weight increase rate of D. loddigesii seedlings symbiotic cultured with endophytic fungi for ten weeks increased much more compared with asymbiotic culture; But co-culture for seven weeks appeared best compared with asymbiotic culture in rooting stage. The research results have great practical significance in Dendrobium cultivation.
