摘要
以铁炮百合的叶片为外植体进行离体培养研究,结果表明:一定浓度范围内的6-BA、KT、2,4-D和NAA间的配组,能诱导不定芽形成。当激素组合为0.5mg/LNAA+1.0mg/LKT+0.3mg/L6-BA+1.0mg/L2,4-D时,铁炮百合的愈伤组织诱导率、出茅率与平均出芽数均达到最高。最佳继代增殖培养基为MS,小苗在1/2MS+0.1mg/L6-BA上容易生根。
In this paper, the effects of different hormone combinations designed for lily's leaves on callus and differentiation were studied. The results showed that a certain range of concentration 6-BA,KT and 2,4-D combined with NAA were more profit for callus induction and differentiation, and the best effect of hormone combination for Lilium longiflorum Thumb. on callus inducing and bud inducting was 0.5mg/L NAA+1.0mg/L KT+0.3mg/L 6-BA+1.0mg/L 2,4-D.The optimum subculture medium was MS, the best medium for rootage of rootless bulbs and seedlings was 1/2MS+0.1 mg/L 6-BA.
