摘要
中国酒文化源远流长,不少优秀的文艺作品在酒的激发之下催生,得酒之真趣。中国传统酒文化可以归为饮酒至乐、饮酒至情、饮酒至和三重境界。历代文人墨客大多徜徉于前两个境界里,鲜有达到饮酒至和境界。邵雍所追求的饮酒至微醺的"和"境,就是中国哲人所追求的"道"境。
Chinese wine culture has a long history and there are numerous drinkers.Many excellent works were created under the stimulation of wine.However,few drinkers have got the truth of wine.Chinese traditional wine culture can be classified into three phases: getting happy,getting well-tempered and getting harmonious with wine.From ancient times on,most of scholars and artists were in the first two phases with very few reaching the realm of "getting harmonious".SHAO Yong's pursuit of getting slightly drunk moves into a "harmonious" realm,which is just the "Taoism" realm that Chinese philosophers pursued.
