摘要
劳动密集型企业和知识密集型企业员工的社会网络特征及其对人际公民行为的影响主要表现在:(1)劳动密集型企业员工的社会网络特征集中表现在情感网上,这对员工的关注人的人际公民行为带来了积极影响;(2)知识密集型企业中,员工的社会网络特征突出反映在咨询网上,这在一定程度上促进了员工的关注任务的人际公民行为;(3)两者相比,前者员工的情感交流更强一些,而后者的工作互动比较多,这对企业管理者有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the analysis of the features of the social network of labor-intensive and knowledge-intensive enterprises,and its effects on interpersonal citizenship behavior(ICB),it is found that:(1) In labor-intensive enterprises,the social network focuses on the emotion interchange,which facilitated employee's person-focused ICB;(2) In knowledge-intensive enterprises,the social network focuses on the task consultation,which positively affect employee's task-focused ICB;(3) In comparison,there are more emotion interchange in the labor-intensive enterprises,and more interaction in work in the knowledge-intensive enterprises.These findings have referential significance for enterprise management.
