《辞源》“比喻”释义条目商榷

Discussion on Interpretation of "Metaphor" Entries in Dictionary of Chinese Etymology——On the Metaphorical Meanings of Words

《辞源》词条释义中比喻义的释解存在一些问题。从《辞源》第一册来看,主要表现在将谚语肢解为比喻义、将词的基本义释为比喻义以及错将语素义当做比喻义等三个方面。

There exist some misinterpretations of the metaphorical meanings of words in Dictionary of Chinese Etymology（Ci Yuan）.Seen from the first volume of it,misinterpretations mainly lie in three aspects： some proverbs are dismembered into metaphors;the basic meanings of words are interpreted as metaphorical meanings;and morphological meanings are mistaken as metaphorical meanings.
