月季品种单一、扦插或嫁接繁殖系数低、品种更新换代慢,而组织培养可快速培育大量优质月季苗,填补市场空白。从无菌芽的培养、继代增殖、壮苗培养、生根及移栽等方面介绍月季组织培养快速繁殖技术,以便为月季繁殖提供技术指导。
It takes time to renew or update rose because of its lack of varieties and low ratio of cottage or graftage while tissue culture can produce a large number of quality roses and hence fill in the market gap.This article deals with the techniques of tissue culture of roses in terms of culture of germ-free bud,sub-culture proliferation,culture of sound seedlings,growing root and transplantation so as to provide technical guidance for the reproduction of rose.
