To do a better job in energy conservation and emission reduction is the requirement of implementing the scientific outlook on development and the requirement of building resources-saving and environment-friendly society,which is of great significance to the sustainable development of the whole society.This article deals with the significance of agricultural and rural energy conservation and emission reduction,makes analysis on the implementation of this task,and puts forward measures to stimulate this work in five respects.
