科学技术是第一生产力,农业科技是发展农业生产力的主导力量。搞好农业科技创新,是发展现代农业、增加农产品需求、提升农产品国际竞争力、建设和谐社会的需要。以辽宁为例,介绍其农业科技创新的状况,提出完善以政府为主导的多元化农业科技投入体系、注重农业技术创新人才培养、提高农业劳动者素质、加强农业科研能力建设、开展国内外交流与合作等提高农业科技创新能力的对策。

Science and technology are the primary productive forces.Agricultural technology is the leading power to stimulate the growth of agriculture.Making agricultural technological innovations is the demand of developing modern agriculture,increasing agricultural products,improving global competitiveness and building harmonious society.This article,taking Liaoning province as an example,discusses the growth in agricultural innovations,and puts forward such measures as advancing the multi-agricultural technological input system led by government,attaching importance to personnel training,improving farmers＇ quality,enhancing agricultural research,and establishing exchanges and cooperation with other countries.
