The introduction of foreign potato resources can expand parent materials and enrich China＇s potato resources.This article deals with the current introduction of virus-free potato seeds from abroad and presents the techniques to propagate the introduced seeds in terms of establishing tissue culture lab,culture conditions,selection of culture medium,management of insect-free room,and inspections.
