县级农机校发展途径探讨

Approaches to Developing Agricultural Mechanization Schools at County Level

长期以来,县级农机校为社会培养了大批农机方面的人才,成为社会职业教育的重要组成部分,但一直存在培训对象单一、培训方式老化的问题,受传统办学模式的影响很大,不能适应市场变化的需要。通过分析影响农机校发展的内在和外部原因,提出农机校要改革创新,从单一的农机培训逐步向多学科、多层次办学方向发展,开拓办学途径,积极适应市场变化和农村经济发展需要。

Agricultural mechanization schools at county level have produced a large number of talents for the society,and they have become an important part of vocational education.Still,there are such problems confronting these schools as backward training methods,and unilateral training subject that makes them fail to meet the demand of changing market.This article makes analysis on the factors that check the growth of these schools,stressing that these schools should make vigorous innovation,shifting from unilateral training to multi-disciplines and multi-levels training so as to meet the demand of changing market and to serve the growth of rural economy.
