摘要
针对公路工程项目管理中风险管理这一薄弱环节,通过研究不同工作阶段风险的构成因素,提出了相应的风险控制措施,以避免项目盲目建设,有效控制工程质量、工期和造价。
Risk management is a very important link in highway engineering managements, now it is weaker than other managements. Based on the definition of＂risk＂ ,this thesis discusses its constitution in different working stages, and proposes the corresponding measures. By means of these measures, governors can avoid blind construction,control the quality,time and cost in highway engineering.
