摘要
高层建筑物基底压力比较大且对变形要求比较严格,一般情况下天然地基不能满足承载力或者变形要求。在石家庄地区,高层建筑物广泛采用CFG桩复合地基以提高承载力和减小变形,目前CFG桩复合地基已经普遍应用到地上33层的建筑物中。根据作者在CFG桩复合地基实践中的体会,结合工程实例,从勘察报告所提供的复合地基设计所需参数及评价结论、复合地基设计委托要求的内容、复合地基设计计算、复合地基计算书与图纸审查、复合地基竣工验收检测等五个方面所存在的问题进行了探讨。通过对这些问题的分析,进一步认识了CFG桩复合地基在实践中应注意的问题。
Tall building has the characters that are high foundation base pressure and strict request to the ground deformation, so natural foundation can't be used because it isn't satisfied this requests. Cement Flyash Gravel (CFG) pile composite foundation has been extensively applied to Shijiazhuang's tall building foundation even to some 33 stories building, because it can increase ground bearing capacity and decrease settlement. Based on the experience of many projects, some problems have been discussed that are design parameter and evaluation from the survey report, design authority contents, calculation and drawing paper review, projects acceptance check to the CFG composite foundation. Through the analysis, some items to the CFG composite foundation have been recognized that should be paid more attention in practice.
