摘要
以D-酒石酸二乙酯、氯亚铂酸钾等为原料,采用常规的化学合成法合成了抗肿瘤药庚铂。通过优化条件以较高收率合成庚铂,其结构用元素分析、质谱、核磁共振氢谱、碳谱等方法进行了验证。
Using D -ethyl tartrate, Potassium tetrachlorop -latinate（ Ⅱ ） as starting materials, sunpla was prepared through 8 - step procedure. The result showed Sunpla was prepared in a good yield. The structure of the target compound was confirmed by IR, 1H -NMR and 13C -NMR, FAB -MS and TG- DT spectra.
