平板式永磁直线电动机二维空载气隙磁密解析分析及仿真

摘要 准确计算永磁磁极产生的气隙磁场分布情况对永磁电机初期设计计算及后期优化设计非常重要。在不考虑边端效应及忽略铁心饱和的前提下,推导了基于等效面电流模型的平板式永磁直线电动机空载气隙磁场的解析表达式,并得到了该种电机气隙磁场的分布情况。计算结果与二维有限元仿真进行对比,结果表明用该方法计算结果的波形及幅值与有限元的计算结果能够很好吻合,证明了该方法是正确的、可靠的,为采用平板式永磁直线电动机优化设计和性能分析提供了基本分析手段。 Accurately calculating the distribution of air-gap magnetic field engendered by permanent magnet is important to the analysis and design optimization of permanent-magnet machines. Without considering the end effects and transverse edge effects and neglecting the saturation of the core, analytical expression of two dimension no-load air-gap field in a flat linear permanent-magnet motor was derived based on equivalent surface current model. Figures of two dimension airgap field distribution were consequently derived. Compared with the result derived from the two dimension finite element method, the proposed method was confirmed. The presented work may function as a basic tool for optimizing design and performance analysis of flat linear permanent-magnet motors.
