摘要
文章提出了采用原子光谱分析技术诊断12V135柴油机磨损状态的方法,该方法根据被测油样中所含金属浓度,采用三线值法分析出界限值,并通过界限值计算与相关性分析等技术诊断出柴油机磨损状态。
The article proposes the method of atomic spectrum analysis technology to diagnose the attrition condition on the 12V135 diesel engine. According to the metal density of the oil type, the limiting value is analysed through the tri-line method, then attrition condition on the diesel engine is diagnoses by computation of the limiting value, relevant analysis, etc.
