摘要
介绍了缅甸YEYWA水电站水轮发电机振动监测系统的构成,对因配重块焊接位置失误而引起顶盖卸压管剧烈振动的原因进行了分析。阐述了动平衡试验的基本方法与处理过程,更换配重块后,各项振动摆度值都控制在设计要求的范围内,机组达到了动平衡。
The composition of the vibration monitoring system of hydroelectric generator in YEYWA Hydropower Station of Myanmar was introduced; the reasons of the severe vibration of the relief pipe in head cover caused by the incorrect welding position of the balance weight block were analyzed. The basic method and the treatment process of the dynamic balance test were expounded. After the balance weight block was replaced,the amplitudes of various vibrations are in the ranges of the designed requirements,and the dynamic balance of the unit was realized.
