Analysis of oil leakage fault inside a generator and treatment

对一起氢冷发电机内漏油故障进行了分析,排除了内油挡漏油、密封瓦大量泄露、氢侧有压回油管堵塞、发电机大端盖存在砂眼等原因,通过打压查漏,最后确定发电机内漏油的原因是压差阀波纹筒泄露,更换密封垫后,漏油缺陷得以消除。

An oil leakage fault inside a hydrogen-cooled generator was analyzed. Some possible reasons of the leakage,such as the leakage of the inner oil retainer,the large amount of leakage of the sealing pad,the blockage of the pressure oil back tube in hydrogen side,the sand hole of the large end cover and others,were excluded. By the bulge test,it was determined finally that the reason of the inner oil leakage of the generator was the leakage of the corrugated tube of the differential pressure valve. After replacing the sealing gasket,the oil leakage fault was eliminated.
