微螺钉种植体支抗手术的护理配合 被引量:3

摘要 目的总结微螺钉种植体种植支抗手术的护理配合要点,提高种植支抗手术的成功率。方法对160例需微螺钉种植患者施行种植体支抗手术,在手术前、中、后分别采取相应的护理配合。结果 160例患者中共种植302颗微螺钉。成功281颗(93.0%),失败21颗(7.0%)。无严重并发症发生。结论正确的种植体支抗手术与术后口腔护理,可避免伤口感染,促进伤口的愈合,并可提高种植支抗手术的成功率。
