Closed Reduction and Percutaneous Hollow Compressing Screw internal Fixation for Sacroiliac Joint Fracture and Dislocation

目的：探讨闭合复位经皮空心钉内固定治疗骶髂关节骨折脱位的效果。方法：15例骶髂关节骨折脱位患者采用闭合复位经皮空心钉内固定治疗。结果：15例患者全部获得了随访,时间12~36月,平均25月,按照M a-jeed功能评分进行评分,优11例,良3例,可1例,优良率93.33%。结论：闭合复位经皮空心钉内固定治疗骶髂关节骨折脱位具有创伤小、固定可靠、手术并发症少等优点,是治疗骶髂关节骨折脱位的一种良好方法。

Objective To explore the efficacy of closed reduction and percutaneous hollow compressing screw internal fixation in treatment of sacroiliac joint fracture and dislocation.Methods Fifteen patients with sacroiliac joint fracture and dislocation were treated with closed reduction and percutaneous hollow compressing screw internal fixation.Results All 15 cases were followed up from 12 to 36 months with an average of 25 months.According to Majeed functional grading system,there were 11 cases showed excellent efficacy,3 cases showed good and 1 case showed fair.The whole excellent and good rate was 93.33%.Conclusion Closed reduction and percutaneous hollow compressing screw internal fixation for sacroiliac joint fracture and dislocation showed little invasive,stable internal fixation,less complication and excellent clinical outcomes.It is a good method for selecting in treatment of sacroiliac joint fracture and dislocation.
