摘要
新中国成立以来,在不同时期我国政府确定了不同的劳动就业指导方针,体现了劳动就业管理的不同特点;确定的重要依据均与我国当时经济发展的状况和劳动就业的现实形势密切相连,同时也与对社会主义制度的认识密切相关。
Our government has set up different employment guidelines in different historical periods since the founding of New China.So the guidelines reflect the characteristics of different employment management systems.It is established on the basis of both the situation of economic development and the realities of the employment.And it is also closely related to the understanding of the socialist system.
