草原红牛及肉用群体胴体性状差异性比较

摘要 本试验利用草原红牛和肉用群体(含1/4利木赞血草原红牛)作为试验牛,按营养水平分为高、低营养水平组,进行育肥、屠宰试验,所得数据进行差异显著性分析。结果表明:在高营养水平下,肉用群体的日增重和饲料报酬显著高于草原红牛(P〈0.05);肉用群体高营养组在日增重和饲料报酬上显著高于低营养组(P〈0.01);肉用群体高营养组的胴体产肉率和肉骨比显著高于低营养组(P〈0.05)。 This experiment used Red cattle of steppe and meat group for materials. The experimental cattle divided high-nutrition group and low-nutrition group according to their nutrition levels, then began fattening and slaughter tests. The values of result were analyzed for difference significance.The results show that: Meat group were obviously higher than grassland Red cattle in average daily gains, feed conversion ratio (P〈0.05). The high nutrient groups of meat group are higher than the low nutrient groups on the average daily gains and living weigh (P〈0.01). The meat production rate and meat-bone ratio in high nutritional were higher than that in low nutritional of meat group(P〈0.05 ).
