摘要
目的了解护理专业大专生的专业认同现状及其影响因素,为招生工作提供依据。方法应用"大专护生专业认同调查问卷"对大一文科护理、理科护理和英护以及大二护理、进入临床实习的大三护理专业学生进行专业认同调查,并统计分析。结果护理大专生总的专业认同得分为(89.91±10.26)分;男生得分为(86.44±9.92)分,女生为(90.09±10.26)分,二者比较无统计学意义(t=1.81,P=0.072);大一为(92.98±10.94)分,大二为(88.43±9.74)分,大三为(87.66±8.95)分,3组比较有统计学意义(F=16.26,P<0.01);文科护理为(89.07±11.32)分,理科护理组为(90.96±10.48)分,英语护理的得分为(93.02±9.06)分,3组比较有统计学意义(F=6.36,P=0.002)。结论大专护生的专业认同度普遍较低,需要学校采取相应的专业教育和措施对大专护生进行相关干预,提高大专学历层次护生的专业认同,保障护理专业人才不流失。
Objective To investigate the status quo of nursing college student's professional identity,and to provide information for enrollment.Methods The freshmen,sophomores and the students in clinical practice from nursing majors were involved in this study to complete the Questionnaire for Baecalaureate Nursing Students.Results The overall score of nursing students' professional identity was (89.91±10.26) points.The male nurses' score was (86.44±9.92)points,while the female nurses' score was (90.09±10.26) points,and the comparison between the two groups was not significantly (t=1.81,P=0.072).The scores of freshmen,sophomores and the students in practice were(92.98±10.94) points,(88.43±9.74) points and (87.66±8.95)points respectively,there were statistically significant difference in these three groups (F=16.26,P0.01).The score of nursing students from Arts Class of high schools was (89.07±11.32) points,the score of students from Science Class of high schools was (90.96±10.48) points,and the score of English nursing students was (93.02±9.06 points),the differences in three groups were statistically significant(F=6.36,P=0.002).Conclusion The level of nursing students’professional identity in medical college is low,which needs our educational interference to promote the stdents'professional identity and to stop brain drain in nursing.
