中西医结合治疗脑梗死122例疗效观察

CURATIVE EFFECTS OF THE COMBINED USE OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE AND WESTERN MEDICINE ON 122 CASES WITH ISCHEMIC CEREBRAL INFARCT

目的观察中西医结合治疗缺血性脑梗死病人的疗效。方法对照组(122例)采用西药常规疗法,观察组(122例)在西药常规疗法的基础上,加用中药、针灸推拿等疗法,比较两组的疗效。结果观察组总有效率96.72%,对照组总有效率78.69%,二者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);观察组神经功能缺损程度评分为(10.13±7.29)分,对照组神经功能缺损程度评分为(13.27±7.73)分,观察组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗脑梗死的疗效显著优于单纯西医疗法。

Objective To observe the effects of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods 244 patients with ischemic cerebral infarction were divided into the observation group and the comparison group. The comparison group was treated with the conventional western medicines only,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and massage in addition to western medicine.Results The total effective rates were 96.72% and 78.69% respectively in the observation group and the comparison group; NIHSS Scale of the observation group was （10.13±7.29） and （13.27±7.73） of the comparison group （P0.01）.Conclusion The curative effects of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of ischemic cerebral infarction are higher than the therapy of western medicine.
