摘要
目的比较种植义齿与传统固定义齿的优缺点。方法收集7例拆除传统固定义齿后又行种植义齿的患者,对传统固定义齿与种植义齿的优缺点进行自身比较。结果种植义齿不损害邻牙,其稳固性、美观舒适度、恢复咀嚼功能、牙齿寿命等方面都优于传统固定义齿。结论种植义齿作为一种有效恢复人类口腔健康的治疗手段,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective To compare the curative effects of implanting denture and traditional fixed denture.Methods Traditional fixed denture was removed and implantaion of denture was adopted.Comparsons of the two approaches were made.Results Implanting denture was superior to routine approach in protecting adjacent teeth,keeping stability,maintaining comfort and elegance and prolonging the life of teeth.Conclusion As a useful way to gurantee our dental health,implanting denture is worth popularizing.
