摘要
本文采用制度分析的视角,对我国企业实施"军民结合"战略的典型案例进行了比较和总结。论文基于Greenwood和Hinings的组织变革模型,分析了企业"军民结合"战略实施的制度情景、动力机制和关键因素,并提出了相应的政策建议。这些分析结论对于完善我国企业的组织变革理论,成功实现"军民结合"目标具有重要的借鉴价值。
Based on institutional analysis approach, the paper compared and summarized some typical cases of the implementation of military-civilian integration strategy in Chinese firms. With the organizational change model raised by Greenwood and Hinings, the institutional context, motivation mechanism and key factors during implementing process of the military-civilian integration strategy are analyzed, and some policy suggestions are further raised up. These conclusions have some valuable implications both to improve the organizational change theory under Chinese context, and to successfully realize the strategic goal of military-civilian integration.
