心理干预对高三学生焦虑情绪影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨心理干预对高三学生焦虑情绪的影响。方法以SCL-90和STAI为量化指标,对126例学生进行心理干预,并以246例学生做对照。结果干预组男女状态焦虑及特质焦虑均低于对照组(t=3.997,3.239,P<0.01;t=2.107,2.496,P<0.05);干预组抑郁、焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.01),两组其余8个因素比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心理干预对高三学生焦虑情绪有较好的影响。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of psychological intervention to high school seniors’ anxiety.Methods Psychological intervention was given to 126 high school seniors with another 246 ones as the control group.SCL-90 and STAI were used as the assessing scales.Results In the intervention group,state anxiety and trait anxiety between men and women were lower than in the control group(t=3.997,3.239,P0.01;t=2.107,2.496,P0.05).Anxiety and depression in the intervention group than in the control group(P0.01).The remaining eight factors of the two groups showed no statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention shows affirmative efficacy on high school seniors.
