摘要
目的:采用事件相关电位dot-probe范式探讨电针干预海洛因戒断者注意偏向的脑机制。方法:以dot-probe为事件相关电位的刺激模式,观察海洛因戒断者完成认知实验任务实施电针前后数据,选取Fz、Cz、Pz作为主要观察电极点,对事件相关电位中P200、N300两个认知成分进行分析比较。结果:电针前,实验组对吸毒线索及负性情绪线索的注意偏向均高于对照组(P<0.05);电针后,实验组对吸毒线索和负性情绪线索的注意偏向均低于电针前(P<0.05)。结论:电针能干预海洛因戒断者对于吸毒线索的注意偏向,抑制负性情绪线索的注意水平,提高正性情绪线索的注意偏向水平。
Objective: To study the effects of electroacupuncture on attentional bias of male patients with heroin dependence (MPHD) adopting dot-probe model of event related potential (ERP). Methods: Three main ERP electrodes, Fz, Cz, Pz were recorded in MPHD group and normal group. Before and after electroacupuncture, P200 and N300 were analyzed and compared. Results: Before electroacupuncture, the attentional biases of drug-related and negative emotional clues were higher in MPHD group than those in control group (P 〈 0.05) . After electroacupuncture, the attentional biases of drug-related and negative emotional clues were lower in MPHD group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture can affect the attentional bias of drug-related clues in MPHD, inhibit the attentional bias of negative emotional clues and increase attentional bias of positive emotional clues.
