实脾固肾化瘀方对阿霉素肾病大鼠脂质过氧化的影响 被引量:4

Influence of"Shipi Gushen Huayu Decoction"on Lipid Peroxidation in Adriamycin-induced Nephropathy Rats

摘要 目的:观察实脾固肾化瘀方对阿霉素肾病大鼠脂质过氧化的影响。方法:将雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、治疗组和蒙诺组。除正常组外,其余各组大鼠采用静脉注射阿霉素复制阿霉素肾病大鼠模型。造模后2周后,治疗组予实脾固肾化瘀方浸膏,蒙诺组予福辛普利溶液,正常组和模型组予生理盐水。干预45d后,处死大鼠取腹主动脉血,观察各组大鼠血清SOD、MDA、T-AOC、NO、NOS水平变化。结果:治疗组大鼠血清MDA水平较模型组明显降低(P<0.05),SOD、NO、NOS水平较模型组明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),T-AOC水平与模型组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:实脾固肾化瘀方可抑制阿霉素肾病大鼠脂质过氧化的作用。 Objective: To observe the effects of "Shipi Gushen Huayu Decoction" on lipid peroxidation in adriamycin-induced nephropathy rats. Methods: Male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, treatment group and control group. Except the rats in normal group, the rats in the other groups were intravenously injected adriarnyein to duplicate nephropathy. Two weeks later, the treatment group were given "Shipi Gushen Huayu Decoction", the control group were given fosinopril, normal and model groups were given 0.9% sodium chloride solution, once a day for 45 days. The levels of serum SOD, MDA, T-AOC, NO and NOS in the four groups were detected. Results: The level of MDA was lower in the treatment group than that in the model group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the levels of SOD, NO and NOS were higher in the treatment group than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ) ; while there was in statistical difference in the level of T-AOC between the treatment group and model group (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: "Shipi Gushen Huayu Decoction" can reduce peroxidation of lipid in odriamyein-induced nephropathy rats.
