养荣祛斑膏中总黄酮的含量测定

Determination of General Flavone Content in Yangrong Macula-Removing Paste

目的:建立养荣祛斑膏总黄酮含量测定方法。方法:选用测定波长284nm,以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定养荣祛斑膏中总黄酮的含量。结果:芦丁在0.008～0.048mg/ml范围内具有良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=6.0036x-0.0003(R=0.9997),平均回收率为98.0%,RSD=0.7%。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可用于养荣祛斑膏的质量控制。

Objective：To establish the method of general flavone content in.Yangrong Macula-Removing paste.Methods：The detection wavelengh 284nm,Yangrong Macula-Removing paste were determined through ultraviolet spectrophotometry with the rutin as control sample.Results：rutin showed a good linear relationship in the range from 0.008 to 0.048mg/ml,formula was y = 6.0036x-0.0003 and r=0.9997,average recovery rate was 98.0 %,RSD was 0.7%.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate reliable and can be used for the quality control for Yangrong Macula-Removing paste。
